Positive Affirmation Meditation
Steps for a Positive Affirmation Meditation
1. Choose a positive affirmation and say it to yourself as you inhale.
2. Pause.
3. Say your affirmation again as you exhale.
Repeat for 10 full breaths, building up to 5 minutes or longer in one sitting.
